Alexander House provides a home-from-home experience with the whole of the downstairs area perfect for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with coffee machine, washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. A large dining table and breakfast bar provide plenty of seating options.
The games room is complete with a dart board, cards and a pool table that is changeable for table tennis.
A large comfortable seating area can be found in the lounge, along with a smart TV including Netflix and Disney+ accounts, meaning all guests can be accommodated.
The ground floor also includes a spacious cloakroom.
The 2 upper floors feature 5 luxury ensuite bedrooms, as well as a study with extra sleeping arrangements.
Private outdoor space to the rear of the property provides a calming and peaceful area to sit any time of the day or night.
Parking is available for 2 small/medium-size cars, or 1 large car, along with an EV charger. Further parking information is provided after booking.
Guest access is at the front of the house via a smart lock on the front door.
We are pet friendly. However, an additional £32 charge to bring your furry friends along with you on your stay will apply. This charge does not apply to service dogs.
Please Note: The property is situated in a residential area, so noise must be kept to a respectable level between the hours of 9.00 pm - 8.00 am.
